A traditional yin class can often be quite clunky and complicated. The concept is simple: safely get into a pose to just the right amount of sensation, relax and remain still.  But often getting into, holding, and then remaining still involves a lot of  adjusting and fidgeting.
In this masterclass we’ll figure out how best to get into, hold, and out of each pose in advance.  You’ll already know what props you need and how to arrange them.   Your instructor will then set a timer, call out the pose and if need be help with minor adjustments.  The intention is to create a deeper level of stillness as you transition from pose, to rebound to pose in a sequence that will allow your mind and body to reach the next level of stillness, quiet and awareness.  
 
Besides the usual discussion about the physicality of the practice Kye will  find some juicy philosophy to share along the way.
